At Twig N Tale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our Exchange & Returns Policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- All products purchased from Twig N Tale can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. We cannot entertain exchange requests after this time frame.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
- Please note that colors may slightly vary in some products due to screen resolution and settings. In such cases, exchange requests may not be entertained.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Twig N Tale offers a "Refund" or "Money Back Guarantee" on purchased items within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) at their own expense.
Exchanging Seasonal Stock:
- Please note that exchange of the products is offered only with the products from the current season.
Process for Exchange or Refund:
- To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer care team at orders@twigntale.com within the eligible time frame.
- Provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
- Our customer care team will guide you through the further process, including providing the return address.
- Please ensure that the item(s) are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange or refund, we will process the request accordingly.
- If eligible for exchange, we will ship the requested replacement item(s) to you. If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
- Please note that shipping costs and duties/taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
